August 6th, 13th, and 20th
9:00 am - 1:30 pm

1. Register your family if not registered in our parish
2. Register each child individually for class and/or Sacrament (in person, not online.)
3. MUST bring a copy of Baptism certificate on day of registration (no exceptions.)
4. Pay $15.00 book fee.

Faith Formation Begins Sunday, September 10, 2023
